Welcome to the Idaho Lacrosse Association (ILA) website. While popular in the eastern U.S. and Canada, lacrosse is just starting to establish itself in the West. In Idaho, 31 teams (adult, school, and youth) play in 5 leagues in 9 cities, and interest in this rousing sport is growing.
