Conditioning and Stickwork Series

The Conditioning and Stickwork series are for intermediate to advanced players that want an intense, hourlong conditioning and stickwork workout. Players that intend to play club over the summer, are going to be participating in tournaments or college camps, or want to get in great shape are encouraged to sign up! 

May 25th - June 15th (6 sessions)

Tuesday and Thursday mornings (Except May 27th)

Typical Schedule:

6 - 6:15 Warm up, Injury Prevention 

6:15 - 6:40 Stickwork (on the move and under pressure drills) 

6:40 - 7:00 Skillwork Introduction

7:00 - 7:10 Game play based on skillwork focus

7:10 - 7:30 Small sided scrimmage

Treasure State Lacrosse Camps are the area's premier lacrosse camp experience! Our curriculum is designed by coaches with over 30 years of combined coaching experience at all levels - we care about player development and will undoubtedly make you a better player. We put the focus on detailed fundamentals and repetition, using dynamic drills to develop player's IQ and stick skills. We truly believe that all players who want to improve in lacrosse will benefit from our instructional camps, no matter what level of experience they have. Players will learn new drills and techniques, receive daily position-specific training from top instructors, and compete for camp honors and awards.
- Speed & Agility program runs from 8:00-8:45 AM daily. Participants will receive sport-specific athletic training and take home workout program.
- No equipment is required for K-1st campers. Players are encouraged to bring their own stick, but we will also have loaner sticks available. USLacrosse membership is also not required for K-1st campers.
- Players looking to register for multiple camps and receive the multi-camp discount should register for their first camp and then contact info@treasurestatelacrosse.com for a promotional code for the second camp.
- K-1st Graders do not need to bring a lunch, all other players need to bring a lunch each day.

Timberline Elite Lacrosse Camp

Monday August 2nd - Wednesday August 4th

9-12pm

Sun Valley Showcase Camp: 
Timberline is excited to host its first ever recruiting camp and showcase in Idaho! Please join us in Sun Valley for a weekend with D2 and D3 coaches from around the country. There will be an optional session on Friday evening, followed by 2 full days of skills sessions and games. College coaches will work directly with players in skill sessions, running collegiate level skills drills, and will be coaches for the games.

We currently have 7 schools committed to participating, with more registering every day! Committed schools are: Pomona-Pitzer, Willamette, George Fox, University of Redlands, Pacific University, University of Colorado - Colorado Springs, and Lehnoir-Rhyne.

This is a day-only camp. We'll have lunch available for purchase at the fields, and players are responsible for their own lodging. 
 
We are limiting this camp to the first 100 registrants, and will have a waitlist that will be brought in on a first come-first serve basis. Please encourage players to register now and start looking for lodging! 
 
**We will have staff available to run a Youth Camp at the same time, if there is enough interest from younger players or there are siblings that want to play!**
